As Store Specialist and CSR, I manage the store side of OSP and help support clients throughout their experience. I assist with store-related questions, order updates, and day-to-day customer service needs, making sure each request is handled clearly and efficiently. My role is to help keep the store area organized, responsive, and running smoothly for both the team and our clients.
